Oriel Corporation seeks a 2nd/3rd/Final year student for the summer semester break. 

Experience with administrating Unix/Linux and the Perl and C programming languages is required. Knowledge of database systems such as mySQL or PostgreSQL would be an advantage. Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTML and Linux will be of benefit.

Duties will include creation of custom tools for various data collection and analysis needs, database design, optimisation and integration and exposure to a wide variety of client requirements.

Our office is located in Balmain with easy transport via buses, only 10 minutes from the CBD. Duration from November to February with potential to move to full time.
