[Grants] Grant Application from Elena Williams for Django Girls Canberra #1

Hi Elena

Thank you for applying for a Linux Australia Community Grant for "Django
Girls Canberra #1".

With its posting to the Linux Australia Grants mailing list[1], the two week
community consultation period has opened.  During this time Linux Australia
members can provide feedback and seek additional information about your
application.  If you haven't done so already, you are encouraged to join the
Grants mailing list[2] to make it easier for you to provide answers to any
questions which might be asked.

Given the reasonably short lead time, Council will consider the application
as soon as it can following the close of the consultation period on 14 June
2023.
