[Grants] Grant Application from Ben Minerds for Hosting and services for Software Freedom Day (SFD) and Free Software Melbourne (FSM) meetups

Hi Jonathan & List,

Thanks for the feedback. We're probably not going to get around to looking
at this till after Software Freedom Day (and we also had a last minute
change of supplier we need to update), so I just wanted to ACK the
responses and note that we will discuss them in our next normal committee
meeting late September.

We will be in touch with the 'council at linux.org.au' list cc'd here
regarding cross promotion soon too.
