[Grants] Linux Australia Grant request - Unit testing and UX improvements for CiviCRM Elections extension

I'm writing to endorse the grant request made by Agileware for funds to 
support Unit testing and UX improvements for CiviCRM Elections 
extension. I am writing as someone who has been involved with CiviCRM 
for over 10 years and who is a merger and key contributor.

Agileware have a strong history of code contribution within the CiviCRM 
open source project and are notable for the quality and quantity of 
their contributions and their collaborative approach. CiviCRM is used by 
over 10,000 not for profit organisations and many of these are likely to 
be interested in using this extension. In addition the CiviCRM community 
itself is looking to have elected advisory roles and would be interested 
in using this extension for that purpose.
