This is a classic. One of the best online courses in CS. You get to
learn to build a computer system, including implementing logic gates,
ALU, an assembler, a compiler, a vm translator, system libraries and
finally write a game on top of all this (I wrote a 2048 clone
<https://g.ypei.me/nand2tetris.git/tree/K?h=public>). It also has a
nice website <https://www.nand2tetris.org/>.
