Stealing an idea from Wouter Verhelst, I'll try and create a local
version of his 'Release Pool'.

Summary:

People vote on 'When will be the next Debian Release' 

 - Specify a date and time
 - The exact date will be taken from the release announcement email
 - If you place a bet, you pledge to pay one drink to the winner at
the next SLUG event.
 - You can place multiple bets, but this means multiple drinks.
 - Votes received within 48 hours of the release won't be included.

To participate, email dopey-release-pool at master.debian.org.

I'll manually go through this, and soonish, I'll put the votes
(possibly anonymously) up on a webpage.
