This month, Jeff Waugh will talking about a new Debian-based distro.

Update: By now you may have heard the names "Ubuntu" or "Canonical", the
mystery surrounding those names will be revealed. GNOME 2.8 will also be
released live from DebSIG.
Along with the usual free-form discussions / debates that will precede
and follow his talk, food, drink and internet access are available and
people generally start wandering in from 18:30 for a good 'ol chin wag.
