[Confweb-dev] LCA resource creation

Hi Admin Team,

Could we please get the following setup for LCA. This are the resources for LCA2021 and LCA2022, which the Conference Web Team will setup for the individual conference teams.

* 1 new VM in Proxmox
This will be the main VM used for the LCA websites going forward. We will install k8s on this and then run the containers on this VM. 
(The existing LCA2020 VM will be used for the time being to host the basic static websites for LCA2021 and LCA2022, then will be terminated once we have moved across to the k8s setup. I am happy for resources to be scaled back on this and reassigned to the new VM if needed.)

* lca2022.linux.org.au <http://lca2022.linux.org.au/> DNS setup to point to the same location as lca2021.linux.org.au <http://lca2021.linux.org.au/>. I will then get the sites enabled on that VM (including https which is missing currently). 

* LCA2021 email setup on mailhost. I will do account creation and assignment similar to LCA2020
* LCA2021 mailing list base config. I am happy to do the setup of this on the lca-tools machine once the base setup is there.

* LCA2022 email setup on mailhost. Again, I will do account creation and assignment
* LCA2022 mailing list base config. I am happy to do the setup of this on the lca-tools machine once the base setup is there.
