[Computerbank] Any linux users in the Mildura/Ouyen area

Hello,

I am in a bit pf a pickle - and am hoping to find a linux user somewhere 
in the vicinity of Mildura/Ouyen.

We have a computerbank client who we are having trouble setting up an 
internet connection with (over phone) and it looks like we are going to 
have to send someone out?

Can anyone help with this? Pppconfig or kppp knowledge required.
