All other brochure conditions apply. FLIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Airfares listed are based on the Qatar Airways 2013 Early Bird to UK Europe and are per person return economy fares that must be purchased in conjunction with a Contiki Europe tour. 2. Deposit of R5, 000 and full air payment (incl. Taxes) must be made by 27 December 2012. Qatar Airways reserves the right to advise an earlier airfare TTL date, subject to booking conditions and restrictions. All air bookings are to be created and owned by Contiki Holidays. Actual discount level varies pending tour cost and length. 3. Airfare subject to availability from Johannesburg. Fare valid for departures 01 April 2013 to 21 June and 13 July 2013 – 30 October, subject to tour and air booking class availability. Airfare and tour must be booked at the same time and passengers must use outbound sector prior to the start of the Contiki tour. 4. Prices are inclusive of government taxes, airline fees and fuel surcharges are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. 5. The prime booking code for Qatar Airways is H class for travel 01 April 2013 to 21 June 2013, 13 July 2013 to 30 October 2013. Flight and code share restrictions apply. 6. After ticket issuance, revalidation of date change permitted at R700 per change. Bookings may also incur additional fare, tax and surcharges, subject to fare reassessment. All amendments will incur a Contiki Holidays fee of R200, local fees may apply. After final airfare payment, airline cancellation fee of R1000 applies.
