Through her work at a variety of firms, including Avon, Johnson & Johnson, Clairol, and Carson, she has developed extensive experience in product positioning, creative advertising, and building brand equity. <BR><BR>During her six years at Uniworld, a leading minority advertising agency, she managed creative and media efforts for Avon, Bristol-Meyers, American Express, and Alberto Culver. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College in 1976, and an MBA degree from Columbia's Graduate School of Business in 1978. <FONT face=Arial size=2> </FONT></P></TD></TR>

<P align=justify><FONT face=Arial size=2><B><SPAN class=bolder>Gerri Mason Hall</SPAN></B><BR><B>Vice President of Business Diversity and Strategic Initiatives, AmtraK </B><BR><BR></FONT>In her role, Mason Hall is responsible for developing key diversity strategies, policies, and initiatives corporate-wide. Under her leadership, Amtrak has launched a comprehensive initiative to provide diversity training for all 24,000 employees nationwide, expanded recruitment of women and minorities, and developed an employee forum program to openly discuss issues of diversity among union and management employees.<BR><BR>Mason Hall brings years of continuous service and commitment to her position. While at Amtrak, she has served as the corporation's assistant vice president of human resources and senior director of training and development. Prior to joining Amtrak in 1997, she worked for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights as the deputy assistant staff director for management/director of personnel. A native of Washington, DC, Mason Hall received her law degree from The George Washington University and holds a bachelor's degree in English from Vassar College.</P>
