<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Hi everyone</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> I recently purchased a Knoppix 3.3</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It is a live CD ROM with Debian super
compressed and most if not all of your programs installed</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> Like KOffice, Openoffice.Org kde
destop qcad penguin ace card games multimedia etc etc etc</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It runs form your CD ROM and boots
your Computer from it</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It does not effect your harddrive</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It might make a great Xmas Present
for
non Linux users</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It works as a boot disk a rescue disk
and a Linux Introduction</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It even works on MS Windows XP
which incidently does not have a boot or rescue disk</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It will read from a hard drive and
copy info to a floppy if your computer has crashed</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> You may be able to fix your own Linux
with it</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> You can even install it</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It decompresses to about 2.1 GB and
it becomes Debian </p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> I used it to fix my Debian/Linux box
by firstly by booting and then by rescuing files and then by
installing it</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It instantly configured my Epson
Printer Swan Speed Demon Modem and Diamond View Scanner</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> If you have to take your box into
Computerbank to get repaired you could at least save files to a
floppy first and not loose then. If you need to use your
computer and you have to wait a couple of weeks to take it in you can
use the CD until you have the time to take it in</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> I'm sure you have been telling all
your friends and family about Linux this is a way they can use it
with out touching their harddrive</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> </p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> You can buy Knoppix from Computerbank</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> Kylie how much please? If you pick up.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> How much with a money Order to mail
Out Please?</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> Which version are you selling?</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> </p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> You need to have a CD Rom and best to
have 128MB Ram but can be used with less if you learn cheat codes</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> When you boot and you must have your
Bios set to boot luckily both mine where. then you enter Knoppix
lang=en</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> as a cheat code to make it go from
German to Dutch</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> </p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> It really could get you out of
trouble. Get one!!!!</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> Avery</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"> </p>
