I am CHRISTOPHER BELLO. The General Manager Nigerian Telecommunication PLC, I would want to know if you can handle this deal with honesty, as regards to the kind of business you do. I know that this massage will appear to you as a surprise, I got your contact from global sources, you are the first person I am contacting in this business, so please tell me if you can handle this or not. This business is a genuine and 98% risk free business that am a signatory to. 
The government a few months ago approved the wireless telephone service system the GSM mobile phone here in Nigeria, to some foreign companies like ECONET, and MTN, and the both companies paid over $2.000.000.000.00 (Two Billion US dollars) to the federal government of Nigeria for sites and approval. And the already existing Nigeria telecommunication (NITEL) with their business management, decided to open their own GSM mobile phone service too. They ordered for equipment's and mobile phone accessory from different part of the world, now the suppliers are getting paid, and most of them has already been paid, and the whole products has been successfully delivered. But before the approval of the NITEL GSM their was an over value payment estimation arranged or rather made by me and my partner the Director of Supply and Logistic (NITEL), and the over estimated amount is  $33.000,000,00. 
This money I would want to transfer into your company's account as one of the suppliers, I could not think of a cool and genuine way for us to get the money out from the treasury, but through the help of a foreign company or supplier. That is why am contacting you to see if you will be of assistance to this business. I know you might be feeling skeptical about this because of what is going on in the world now and because of the fact that i dont know you, I will feel the same way if I were you, but you don't have to worry I have successfully arrenged everything on this side, all i need now is a capable person from your country to stand as the supplier/beneficiary and provide account for the transfer.

I am giving you my word, the transaction is risk free because I am a legitimate signatory to the payment release. But before we start, I want to be sure of your capability to handle such amount in strict confidence for the protection of my carrier and our mutual benefit and long lasting business relationship.

At the conclusion of this business I and my partner have chosen to give you 18% of the total sum, 80% for me and my partner, and 2% will be for expenses that we might incur during the transferring process.
