[Cbsupport] unresponsive dvd burner/player

Hi Nadia,

I don't know how easy it is for you to come back to computerbank
sometime (wed, thur, fri or sat) so we can take a good look at what is
happening. Bring some of the disks with you. 

Scratched disks can sometimes cause issues with CD/DVD players.
