[Cbsupport] help

[yroedema]

Address book has disappeared again.
What I did was:

   * open address book
   * clicked on New Card
   * filled in the information
   * clicked on okay
   * the address did not appear in the address book
   * clicked on e-mail above where normally the addresses would appear
   * both address book and Netscape crashed
   * I can bring Netscape back but when I click on open address book it
     crashes after coming on for a sec.

This happened to me before and then I could not receive e-mail, however
I think we somehow copied it back but can't recall how to do it.
request assistance, Could someone somehow check if I receive new mail?
And how will I get your reply?
