Greetings all!

Our next meeting will be devoted to that wonderful, ancient UNIX utility 
'awk'.  I used to wonder what on earth people would want to do with such an 
arcane program.  However, once you've used it, you're certain to use it again 
and again and again.

If you've never used awk, prepare to be enlightened.  If you're an old hand at 
awk, share your knowledge!
