[LCP]Simple shell interface

All,

I am writing a small networking app, that has a simple display, with a
simple shell interface.

I am having some troubles getting the shell interface to work
correctly, does any one know of any small, light shells that would be a
good place to view how the shell works? (dont say bash, thats waaaaaay
to complex for my mind...)

When i say simple, i mean perhaps basic command line editing, mabey a
small command history, but thats not that important.
