To clarify more, Curriculum Frameworks are for vocational courses,
which aren't all that common. From what I can tell, the IT VET course
seems rather like a basic sysadmin course - it has modules like
'accessing the internet' and 'installing software', as well as more
complex stuff like 'integrating software packages' etc.
