Good points. Personally I feel that a year is not really enough time
especially when a chunk of that time is spent sorting out LCA related
issues rather than LA itself. I do see your point thought about the
ability to get rid of dead wood members who are maybe using the position
to pad their resume rather than for the betterment of the Linux
