[Linux-aus] Media Training

Hi all,

below are the lucky twelve who get to have the media training on Wednesday the
20th April (Mike, please forward onto your two guys, and let me know their
names :). Basically you all have a need for the training and have
indicated you will use it to help benefit the community in some capacity.
Tony Bosworth, who will be giving us our training is highly experienced and
knows the ins and outs of the ICT media in Auatralia.

For the broader community, take note of these names as we are slowly
growing the pool of people equipped to deal with the media well in our
community, and you may need to call upon someone.

Trainees: Jon Oxer (LA), Anthony Towns (LA), Pia Smith (LA), Mike Beattie
(LCA06, plus two other LCA06 organisers), Matt Palmer (Debian, Community
Code), Brendan Scott (OSIA), Marc Englaro (OSIA), Ron Skeoch (OSIA), Adam
Crow (OSIA), David Kempe (OSIA).
Time: 8:30am start
Place: Level 11, St George Centre, 60 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra. It is
actually very close to the venue.
