You're right - I see the same, and looking at the source it appears
they're deliberately scaling the bars that way (source much trimmed to
show the interesting bits):

<img src="http://demo.idg.com.au/images/blue5x10.gif"; style="width: 143px; height: 20px;">
3%

<img src="http://demo.idg.com.au/images/blue5x10.gif"; style="width: 138px; height: 20px;">
3%

<img src="http://demo.idg.com.au/images/blue5x10.gif"; style="width: 292px; height: 20px;">
84%

<img src="http://demo.idg.com.au/images/blue5x10.gif"; style="width: 180px; height: 20px;">
10%

So for some reason they think the ratio

	143:138:292:180

is the same as

	3:3:84:10

Hmmmm. Someone needs to go back to high school. Or maybe take a class in ethics.

Cheers  :-)
